Delivery & Returns

When will my order be despatched?

Barugos aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving orders. Please note this does not guarantee same day dispatch. When a next day delivery service is selected when placing an order before 12pm , depending on the courier’s cut-off, we aim to dispatch same day for next day delivery. In the event that an item on a next day delivery service is delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control, Barugos will not be held responsible for this.

Can I return my order?

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you will have 7 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us of this error, and a further 14 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund. 
Please note, requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time, however if we cannot fulfil a replacement, you will be provided with a full refund.

How do I return my order?

If you want to return your order, you must let us know. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Team at barugosstore@outlook.com or by clicking the "let's chat" button. 
We will then provide you with a returns form which must be included in your parcel.
You will then have 14 days to return your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process your refund within 14 days.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
